Tammy Martin is an administrative paralegal at Ward Black Law. She joined the firm in 1993 and has served in several capacities. In her role as an administrative paralegal, she assists every department as needed. She is the warm voice that greets callers and visitors to the firm.
Before joining Ward Black Law, Tammy worked as a workers’ compensation claims adjuster for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. She easily transitioned to the role of a worker’s compensation paralegal when she joined the Ward Black Law family.
Tammy is driven by love for people. It is important to her to be a good listener, to be kind to all people, and to help resolve problems. She grew up in Summerfield, NC, a small town where everyone knew each other and looked out for one another. Neighbors were like family and all the neighborhood children loved to gather at her home. Her value for community serves the firm well.
When she is not working, Tammy enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with her family.
